Running long 1:47:00 [3]
ahr:159 max:185

Long run in the Pentlands with Hollie and Jess. Feeling really tired from the start, time for a rest week I think. Great to be out though, finished with a delicious, well earned lasagna - thanks Jess :)

4 x 1km, 40s recovery. Tempo pace, really tough, times between 4.06-4.16. I only did half session as ran out of energy, oops.

Running intervals 48:00 [3]
ahr:162 max:183

Still feeling tired during warm up so just did half the session 6 x 200m, times between 37-40s, keeping just behind Yulia on all of them. Good to get my legs turning over fast again, I'm sure I'll feel fine in no time.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Running race 47:00 [4]
ahr:173 max:187

Last exam in the morning then headed to Edinburgh in the evening for the Peebles hill race. Felt knackered from the start and just couldn't get my heart rate up or legs moving, then got cramp in my right foot on the downhill - ouch. Think my exams have taken alot more out of me than I thought. Lovely evening though so enjoyed the run.
