Felt unwell when I woke up, then was sick. No idea what was up with me. Was better by the afternoon and sat in the sunshine in Helensburgh.

Nice run with Hector. Kept it short, through the bog, over the crags and back.

Running hills 36:00 [4]

Bit of a tempo round Holyrood park. Started at St Leonards (Hector was off to weights) and headed to the top of the seat, round the back, to the ruin and finished through the bog. Stunning day and felf good.

No warm up just went off hard but good warm down.

Morning run along round the golf course with Hector. Legs feeling fresh and no hamstring trouble.

~20minutes,Yoga to help my sore back - brought on by biking all day yesterday.

Cycling (Mountain Biking) 3:10:00 [3]

Mountain biking in Golspie. Decided to do a different route than last time and headed to Brora staying off road. Great day, although I was totally knackered towards the end.

Strength and Conditioning (Core) 22:00 [3]

Tough core session with Hector. Two sets of 10 x 60s, 5s rest. Planks, leg raises, dorsals, twists.... Worked hard.

Running warm up/down 32:00 [3]

Run in Uath Lochan, felt good so did some intervals.

11 x 60s, 40s rest. Felt easy to begin with but with short recovery it was quite tough. Really good session, glad to be feeling good and running fast.
