Buckden Fell race. Felt so tired from the start, not a good race. Nice day though and I enjoyed it even though I felt rubbish.

Running hills 25:00 [5]

Session on Ilkey Moor: 2 x (15s, 30s, 45s, 60s, 60s, 45s, 30s, 15s), equal recovery between reps and 5minutes run between sets. Good session, legs seem to be moving really well.

Stretching (Yoga) 10:00 [1]

~25minutes Yoga. Legs were really tight after the session, good now.

Run with Hector up t' Dales, from Kettlewell over to Arncliff, down the river and back. Chucking it down the whole way, great fun though.

Morning run with 10 x 30s on, 30s off to get the legs moving. Legs feeling great but I think I headed out too soon after breakfast, bleugh.

Tempo/Hill Reps with Chloe and Hector on the moor. Felt really good to start with but then tired towards the end. Great evening.

Feeling fine, just a bit tired. Arrived to pouring rain in Edinburgh and was not motivated to get out.
