Walked up the hill above Primeiro, quite a long day. On the way back tweaked my ankle. Didn't fancy the rocky decent so Hector and I ran down the roads to the appartment. It was faster than the other route in the end.

Couple of sprint courses in Sirror and then Tonadico. Running quite fast.

Went to the gym in Sirror. Did some free weights and then lots of core work and lunges. Good session.

Another long Yoga session, about 25minutes.

Down hill run from Calaita to the appartment. Was raining to start with so I was a bit careful as it was slippy. Good fun and feeling good.

Run around Cereda in the sunshine. Nice and hilly.

Run around Pereni, bit wet and miserable.

Running warm up/down 21:00 [3]

Running intervals 22:00 [5]

Evening intervals along the river with Chloe and Julia. 5min, 4min, 3min, 2min, 1min, with half recovery after each rep. Feeling good on the longer reps, legs a bit tight on the faster ones.
