Got a lift up the Garscube with Phil and Tommy. Then did a loop of the park started to run back to my flat. Felt stiff to start with but half and hour in felt like I could run forever, so just kept going until I was hungry. Cold, but stunning morning, great to be out.
GUHH session in kelvingrove, 3 x 6minutes (3min out, 3min back), 2minute recovery. Suppose to be even pacing but I beat myself back every time, it was slightly downhill on the way back. Feeling good.
