Braids XC, felt quite good considering how unfit I've been feeling recently. 20s slower than last year but it was muddier. Enjoyable race.

Lunchtime circuits. Legs sore from yesterday but loosened off nicely. Lots of running about today, it was great.

9 x 400m every 2.40. Times: 83, 84, 81, 82, 84, 83, 85, 83, 84, times slow compared to last year, I am so unfit. Legs dead by the end.
