Hector went off orienteering while I found a nice hill for reps. 12 x long hill, times: 54, 52, 54, 53, 51, 54, 55, 53, 50, 53, 52, 48, ~70s jog down. 3mins rest then, 8 x short/steep hill, times: 14, 17, 16, 15, 15, 16, 14, 13, ~25s jog down. Feeling good but definitely don't run as well on my own, bit inconsistant.
