Easy run down to Feshiebridge, along the river and back. The others did 40minutes but this was all I could manage. Spent the afternoon watching the boys build an iglu, impressive.
Everyone else out running, skiing all morning. Jealous. Think I have flu.

Very slow jog on the treadmill in the gym. Thought it might make me feel a bit better - it didn't.

A few crunches and abductor/aductor work. Then had a steam, sauna, lap of the pool followed by massage. Still felt horrible afterwards, shivery and ill so had an hour and a half sleep.
