Devils Burnden, leg 1 with Jen. Should have done a warm up as I was very tight in the first 10mins, felt good on the hill although the last bit to the top was so steep - agony.
GUHH session, 6 x 500m, every 4mins, times: 1.49, 1.46, 1.47, 1.48, 1.48, 1.48. Took the first one nice and easy as I didn't want to shock my legs too much. Feeling quite good but not very speedy.
Stretch class at the gym. Lots of hamstring stretches.

12 x 60s, 60s recovery with Jen. This was a shock to the system after so long. Felt good to start but think I ate my lunch to early and felt a bit sick half way. Legs died on me a bit too. Really good session though.
