Squats, lunges, shoulder and arm stuff and lots of core. Painful.

Sweating it out in the gym, 4x4mins, 3min rec. Covering about 1km each rep.

Usual: twists, crunches, leg raises, press ups.

Exactly same as last week except I didn't look at pace or time so did it soley on how I felt. Much easier this week had I known I was close to last weeks time I would have ran a bit faster. Cold almost completely gone now.
