Don't know what is wrong with me, no motiviation to race. I think it is because I knew I wouldn't get a fast time so just ran steadily and enjoyed the sunshine.

12 x 200m grass reps with 40s recovery. Times: 34, 34, 32, 34, 33, 33, 34, 34, 33, 34, 33, 33, definitely not 200m as I was feeling good but not that good.
