Run (home via manukau) 49:55 [3] 9.14 km (5:28 / km)
shoes: Ugly Silver/Blue Adrenalines

Good run. Was using my new backpack which worked real well. Was pretty packed full of stuff too.

Gym (lower and core) 1:20:00 [3]

Felt pretty good. Should be ready to up the weights a bit next time.

Note

Last night I just put an order in for some SKINS leggings. Been wanting some for a while. Couldnt decide on the half length and full length as they both have their uses (so i got both :P). Also got myself a top. Friend of mine could get them at near wholesale price so decided it was now or never! (Like HSM3:SY heh)

Ice Skating 1:30:00 [2]
shoes: Easton Ultralites

Woo yeaah. First class in aaaages. Felt pretty good. Pretty much the same as where I left off, just a tad rusty round the edges. Its a nice feeling, gliding along the ice.

Gym (upper and core) 1:00:00 [4]

pushed myself slightly harder than usual, hence the "4".

Touch (6-2 win vs other team) 30:00 [2]
shoes: Asics Lethal Gels

Winter touch. Pretty cool actually. Less stress getting to the games and it's nice and convenient to my house! (Mt Smart stadium).

Mountainbike 45:00 [3]
shoes: Bike: Merida Green Lightning

Me and Nick went for a bike in the morning. Did a couple loops of the bike/horse track out behind the campsite. Was real good to get out, wish Nick and I could get out there a bit more often. Awesome views of the valley.

Note

Me and Nick were support crew for Katie's Adventure race team down in Mountain Valley. They did real well.
I think me and Nick did an awesome job at the TAs (Transition Areas) a bit of stress trying to fix Katie's tyre that had been slashed right through but we managed to do it. Also Sandra's map holder which took us like 20 minutes to put on her bike!!!
We also managed to fit in a bit of time kicking a soccer ball around, as well as a short run.

Run 25:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Offroaders

Nick and I went for a short run while we were waiting for the girls to finish the orienteering/trekking section of the race. Went up the hill to reception then back down along the back bits. Awesome sprint finish for the last 50m or so that appeared to be a dead heat, felt like Nick was just toying with me there, but he did look just as exhaused as me afterwards, so maybe not? :P
