CS3 but with a couple of minor detours.

More snow overnight and strong winds causing drifting filled up the gullies even more. The final climb up Bolts Law was more of a hard walk hardly anything like a run.

Not sure about the distance here. The route (not yet tiki'd) was down to the mine, up to the summit of Bolt's Law and back. According to a quick calculation of CS1, CS2 and CS3 that makes it just 3.5 miles but at 52 minutes I can't believe that...

...however, the headwinds were tremendous with the final climb and the return being in blizzard conditions. There had been a little extra snow in the last 24 hours but the path gullies were even deeper with more and more snow blown in. None of my footprints from yesterday were visible, a mark of the extra snow cover. Near the summit the snow was a foot deep with occasional 2 foot stretches. Not much running on these paths.

(Corrected distance to a measured 4.5 miles)

CS1R

A couple of inches of snow made for a very hard run particularly on the tops where snow had drifted into the path gullies.
