Orienteering race 1:22:30 [3] *** 6.0 km (13:45 / km)
spiked:13/20c (injured)

Big chance at the OK nuts trophy to see how I rank among the M35's. Even with injured leg looking for middle table finish. Morning started with rain,rain and more rain. Course was very muddy, leg did not hold up well so walked most of course. If there was a medal for the best M35 to walk a course I would have won.

Another trip to the Physio. Focus still on lower back Glutes and hamstring. Two machines used on me this time, hamstring still very tight.
Advice is to rest for a week with gentle run Sunday or Monday. Next trip booked for Tuesday. Still no real improvement.

Barely walk this morning after race yesterday. Cant stretch properly as my knee hurts too much.
