Day 8 of the 25 days of running. Very happy with the run. Dave and Tane seemed to be pushing the pace at the beginning. The middle bit felt a bit flat (not literally), and the bit from Hamilton to the A-frame took around 1hr 45mins. Felt motivated by a strava segment around Lagoon Saddle so put the hammer down for the last 5kms, but Tane was a bit more zippy and managed to creep away on me. Dave got cramp but only dropped about 30 seconds, so a reasonably consistent run by all of us.
