Felt actually pretty good, maybe i wasnt pushing it hard enough but got into a really nice rhythm and kept it up all way round. Was pretty muddy, just generally wet ground but areas still churned up from some other race a couple of weeks ago sarah was telling me about. mid lancs league or something. gained ground on the hill but apart from that stayed same distance from most people around me. was running in my own little gap for most of it, once i lost the girl on the hill. Actually quite enjoyed it =s
