Unsure about whether to do intervals or not tonight. Feel like i really ought, but at the same time feeling quite tired after a pretty hard week. Think i'll take a day off and get intervals in on thursday.

Went swimming with mum. Wasn't expecting to be anywhere near her but seemed to be going quicker. Which was quite nice. But nowhere near the stamina, just get really out of breath quickly. Don't seem to be able to do front crawl slowly. Did 64 lengths in all, mainly front crawl. Few breathstroke and some just arms/legs. Decided it was time to stop when my arms were genuinely getting sore and tired. Was good fun though. Hopefully go fairly often, as seemed reasonable even though i haven't swum regularly for 7 years

Went to the gym with hannah and jenny. Someone had set the tv to showing subtitles, so this combined with 'LOL! 20 funniest RnB videos' provided plenty of entertainment.

Round Kirkham and Wesham. Far far better than last week. a higher scoring day but left you with more route choice and harder to call whether to go for controls or not. and I was back in time :)
