TRX circuit. Attempted the four minutes of 30s knees-to-chest, 30s body saw, 30s mountain climbers and 30s plank through twice. Made it through the first round before having 30s rest and tried to make it through again. Managed 20s ktc, 30s mountain climbers and 30s plank.
Aim to be able to cruise this and then repeat after a rest. Goals.
Went down to the quarry following nightshift. Felt super hot and humid today. Attempted Yuppie Floozie a couple of times, almost repeated Supergroove and flashed Heat again. Didn't really feel like I was moving well but nice to spend a long time outside in the fresh air.

I did half a tabata squat workout. Feeling super tired and worked hard. In hindsight I should have probably continued and just accepted that HIIT sucks badly. Was goblet squating with 24kg kettlebell. 13 reps for 4 sets.
Shoulder Press. Five sets of two in rest breaks. 40kg. Felt reasonable considering how long since I've done these. Should do more to balance out the pull work.
