Half crimp on small upper edge. Five sets of 10s - 3 min. 20kg.

Strength 10:00 [3]

Weighted Typewriters. Five sets at 20kg. 6 lateral movements.

Strength 10:00 [3]

Military Press. Five sets of two at 50kg. Managed all reps this time.

Core 4:00 [3]

TRX circuit. Attempted the four minutes of 30s knees-to-chest, 30s body saw, 30s mountain climbers and 30s plank through twice. Made it through the first round before having 30s rest and tried to make it through again. Managed 20s ktc, 30s mountain climbers and 30s plank.

Aim to be able to cruise this and then repeat after a rest. Goals.

Bouldering 30:00 [2]

Went down to the quarry following nightshift. Felt super hot and humid today. Attempted Yuppie Floozie a couple of times, almost repeated Supergroove and flashed Heat again. Didn't really feel like I was moving well but nice to spend a long time outside in the fresh air.

Circuit 2:00 [3]

I did half a tabata squat workout. Feeling super tired and worked hard. In hindsight I should have probably continued and just accepted that HIIT sucks badly. Was goblet squating with 24kg kettlebell. 13 reps for 4 sets.

The Cowen Stream canyoning loop with Ben and Sarah. Good steady pace to the top and back out.

Rock Climbing (Ti Point ) 5:00:00 [3]

A days climbing at Ti Point with some of the aurac crew. Easy climbs and then onsighted a 22 which was quite fun. Had a bit of everything in it.

Shoulder Press. Five sets of two in rest breaks. 40kg. Felt reasonable considering how long since I've done these. Should do more to balance out the pull work.

Single at 50kg to finish to see if I could still.

Bouldering 1:30:00 [3]

Bouldering on different problems at Panmure and general mucking around. Tried hard on some of them and even made it to the top of some...
