Was planning on doing multiple rounds but failed to find the motivation.

Shoulder not 100% so didn't want to do any pulling activities or weighted hangs. Hit the TRX for some painful core instead.

Bouldering 3:00:00 [3]

A day trip down to Waitomo again. Started at Grot Cave. Repeated Franks Better Half V6. Then to highball and climbed Tufa V1, Golden Shower V4 and K3 V3. The rain set in and my skin was sore so called it a day.

Tweaked my left shoulder at some stage during the climbing, some discomfort in the shoulder now and tight traps. Hopefully will improve quickly with a bit of rest.

Half Crimp. 5 sets 10s - 3 mins. 27.5kg. Small upper edge.

Also 5 sets 10s pinch with 20kg plates between hangs.

TRX 30s Circuit. Completed one round with 30s break at halfway.

Half Crimp. Five sets 10s - 3 minutes. 27.5kg. Small upper edge.

Strength 5:00 [3]

Military Press. Five sets 2 with 50kg between hangs.

My next attempt at adding a second set to the TRX circuit. Did 60s on/30s rest times four. Then didn't have the motivation for another round.

Managed a 24kg turkish getup each side just to see if I still could.

Attempted to do a hangboard workout before work. Humidity at about 100% and the board was super slick and skated off after about 2 seconds.

Half Crimp. Five sets 10s - 3 mins. 25kg. Small upper edge. Felt much more solid. Might bump up the weight slightly for next time.

Strength 5:00 [3]

Weighted Pullups. 5 singles at 37.5kg.

Military Press. 50kg. Five sets two with 3 min rest.

Core 4:00 [3]

30s TRX Circuit. 1-4, 30s break, 5-8. Ouch. Shoulders felt it bad on the final two sets, possibly due to the previous military presses.

Half crimp. Five sets. 12s - 3 mins. Small upper edge. 25kg.

Strength 5:00 [3]

Attempted Weighted Pullups at 37.5kg again. First single hard and then did three sets of decreasing quality before stopping.

Core 4:00 [3]

TRX 30s Core Circuit. Managed to make all reps better. 1-4, 30s break, 5/6, 30s break, 7/8. Hard work but felt better then past times. Will be working towards less breaks before starting another set.

Half crimp. 10s - 3 mins. 25kg. Upper small edge. Five times through.

Strength 5:00 [3]

Weighted Pullups. 37.5kg. Attempted 5 sets of 2. Made a double for the first set and then single for other sets.

Core 4:00 [3]

TRX 30s Core Circuit. Made it through first three reps, 30s break, 4th set, 30s break, saws were 2 sets 10s, 30s break, final set. One day I'll get closer to the full circuit.
