First time back climbing post ankle injury. Took it easier than normal and tried not to take any uncontrolled falls or anything like that. Happy to get back on the wall and enjoy moving again. Did notice a lack of top end power for some pulling moves but otherwise pleasantly surprised with how I felt.

A range of trx exercises and hanging core work from the bar. Found the windscreen wipers pretty hard on the way back up when doing the full circle.
