Twice through 30s trx circuit with a 60s each side bridge to finish. Felt better during the circuit this time. Goal to shoot for 3 times and then make it longer.

Strength 2:00 [3]

Five reps dumbell raise lateral and front. Did a second set with three reps. I think there was 5kg on the dumbell plus whatever the small bar weighs.
