Found this hard today and struggled on all the second reps. Happy to make it back to BW though.

Three sets 10 second reps on medium wooden edge between bench sets.

Mobility 10:00 [3]

Internal shoulder rotation mobility. 5 mins each side with barbell on anterior aspect of shoulder.

Rolling out thoracic back too.

Five 10 second hangs from medium wooden edge between bench sets.

Russian twist with 16kg kettlebell - 20 reps (40 touches total). Much harder due to the extra distance required to lower it to touch.
