Swapped out my hangboard workout and spent some more time on the wall. Working through a number of warm ups and then projecting some of the benchmarks. Almost topped the Slip Sliding V4 plus ticked another one.

Three times through 30 sec TRX circuit with 1.30 minute rest. Middle 30 seconds doing TRX glute raises.
Finished with 60 second side bridge on TRX
Decided on 50 Shades of Clif Bar 120m (20) in the morning. Lead the second and third (crux) pitch which was a little strenuous. Managed to be back at the car in approx 3 hours including walk off.
Had lunch and then rapped down Slinky Malinky (21) and then climbed back out. Lead first and last pitch. Hard powerful moves straight off the belay station on the second pitch.
Managed to do all pitches clean with no falls. Happy to onsight the lead pitches that I did including the crux of 50 Shades. A good day of adventure climbing.

Flat sloper, Small edge, IM, MRP, 20kg pinch.
Made reps for FS, SE, IM, failed MRP and P final two reps of each.
Forearms felt very tight during reps.
