Working through a range of problems that I haven't yet tried from the most repeated list. Managed to flash a number of them and think some were soft grades for the most part. Also playing around on my sloper ball climb for a bit too and resetting the top of it to make it hard...

Worked again last night. Didn't really sleep much during or after shift. Feeling pretty groggy today.

Bouldering 30:00 [3]

Attempt at limit bouldering. Pulled onto the warmups feeling heavy and lacking strength and finesse. Didn't get better and stopped before tearing more skin or becoming too frustrated in the heat.

Hangboard session 7. More failing on reps, many very close fails, than success. Might look at stepping back some of the weights and then continuing.

First sesssion of 5/3/1 again. Between hang sets.
