Max Hang Session #2
10 second hand with 5 minute rest. Strength in rest gaps. Made all reps easier than first session so might bump up the weights slightly for next time.

Flat Sloper 30kg.
Small Half Crimp 10kg.
MR Pocket 20kg.

Strength 15:00 [3]

5/3/1 - 1 day.

Mil Press 5x40, 3x45, 5x50
Pullup 5x5, 3x15, 5x25
Deadlift 5x95, 3x105, 8x120

Hard session but felt good. Could have probably rep'ed out another one or two on the pullups. Otherwise happy with the numbers.

Bouldering 1:00:00 [3]

Was planned to be a PE session. Didn't have much motivation for that. Decided to just climb new problems at V4/5 on the board. Managed 8 or so problems during the hour spent climbing. Some took a couple of attempts and was falling high up so a good and solid session either way.
