Up Captain Thomas and down Scarborough Bluffs.

Lovely morning for a nice walk with Jess and Lily.

Bouldering 1:30:00 [3]

Headed down to Uprising at the Tannery.

Managed to surprise myself with a number of both red and grey climbs. Got to the point that the ability to hold on was the issue as normal, but felt that the strength was there for longer.
