Run up Bealey Spur to the hut and back. Pushed harder on the uphill this time and got there in 49 minutes from the front door. Feeling good ahead of the upcoming 6hr rogaine.

Took the hills easier as the legs were still a but heavy and walked anything going upwards. Good to stretch out again.
