and new brighton beach waz real choppy so there waz mean waves going out and a crazy side current.

crazy strength session including some drills which i did with Ben Moore, like running with someone pulling you back. and crazy abb stuff, like a 5min bridge and a final which went 4 7min 40sec until the young skinny white guy collapsed, after 5min we were lifting one leg etc and had some shoes on us which we had the balance too...i waz shaking by the end but it waz all sweet.
