run with joel in some nice precipitation which later turned to rain but was quite nice to run in really, and the bottom of the hills up bowenvale valley track then along to and up mt vernon then down rapaki.

...and joel told me i was far too skinny 2day at skwl, and well, coming from joel, its prety bad, so bring on the pies! lol, maybs not.
