mint as rogaine, went a fair way, i mucked up the last bit a wee bit, and we missed 70 points we shouldve got but 1990 total was very pleasing 12th overal. also got in with very few seconds to spare which was a bonus.

DOUBLE DATE TEAM TRAINING! ride from home then sweet ride up rapaki along tops and down through bownvale, there was a race down some of the hard-core trails so we...went down the easy ones and gave them plenty of space, then to home after da swim.

more team training at the pool, bulking up...but mainly swimming intense sprints and relays.
