Canoe Polo 30:00 [3]

about an hour and a half of polo, got 2 try out my new boat and paddle, which are amazing! i think ill work on my sprints a bit more so i can be a chaser and cause some quality havoc! cant wait till the senior practice and my club's practice next week

triathlon race 40:00 [5]

not sure on the exact time of any of the sports, well the swim...it started off quite good, i was fairly enjoying the running through water and duck diving but then i had to swim and i got to see how many swimmers there were in the race, or most of them, as they passed me...then the bike which was surprisingly ok, tires slipped a little through some fast corners and at the end but that all adds to the excitement, gotta love aero bars, unfortunately my chain derailed itself at the halfway point tho, and the run well i think i need to practice running off the bike cuz i started off pretty slow and gradually got faster as the race went on, was still annoyed @ my chain so made some interesting route choices
- elisha this is triathlon not coast to coast, you cant choose your own route -
got 3rd in a close finish after racing most the race with josiah,
conclusion - we must train 2gether 2 often
