Standing hip/leg extension, each side 3 x 15 at resistance 20

Seated biaxial row 3 x 15 at 28, 28, 27
Lat pulldown 3 x 15 at 75, 65, 60
8 minute abs
3 sets 10 glute machine (with only 2.5kg or 5kg plate on it? Must have some built in resistance)
Stretching at end including flossing, figure 4, back extension, child's pose. Almost wonder if something at end aggravated low back/hip area.
