10 minute killer core with Victoria Batha. Becoming increasingly worried about right knee as the kneecap feels weird and nervy, and like there is reduced feeling. Struggling to get a physio appointment. Still not cycling just to be sure. Elbow feeling fine except during fast rotations (cleaning shower, brushing teeth)

R knee felt a bit aggravated; wonder if yesterday was too much for it. Notice that it's worse during plantar flexion and mid range knee flexion (push off during walking)

Accidentally knelt on R knee and it was really sore after. Had to cut this walk short because knee was just too sore. Feeling really worried about R knee and feeling really sorry for myself

Tried like literally 2 or 3 mins of Shining's Nabaweya Mustafa step and that was the first time I felt like my knees really didn't like something. Just gotta rest
