Hill running 1:00:00 [4]
I finally ran the whole Bridle Path! My calves were screaming at me the whole way up, and it was veeeery slow running, but it was running! :P
I originally intended just to do that, but when I got to the top, i felt so good that i was like "hey, i'll just run the castle rock MTB track too!"
so i did, about halfway my calves hated me again, but it quickly went away.
Knees felt fine, except for one little stabbing pain on the right one, but that lasted like 10 seconds?
Then I just walked down the Bridle Path. I love training! I love that relaxed, tired, happy feeling afterwards :) so yay! Not sure if this is the correct time, but i know it wasn't any longer.
