Forgot to time it! But was at the very least an hour, walked up Stan Helms Track then down the Bridle Path with Sam, ran a few sections along the way

Wow that was the most unlucky run ever!
1km or so into it, my right knee started REALLY hurting, but went away after another km or so, on the way back i hurt my foot, started getting a blister on my right foot, and then about 1km from home, i got stitch! I never get stitch! Apart from that it was a dandy run! :P

Went for a cycle today, as today is supposed to be my rest day, I hardly do any cycling! I went with my mum, was a bit of a headwind, we went up to the top of Evan's Pass

I took longer than usual today!
Have been absolutely exhausted this week, but was nice to go for a run, sore calves up the Bridle Path! then Castle Rock MTB track and back as usual

Even though i had the best sleep i've had in months, I was SO exhausted today. Could be partly mental exhaustion from english exam then fabrics project, and I didn't get a chance to eat lunch being out all day. So ANYWAY, I was just going to do 15 minutes of skipping, but to cut a long story short (I'm really turning some of these posts into blogs, sorry guys) Sam told me he was going for a run, and it was just past eight so I thought, dagnabit I'm going for a run!

Ran up the whole Bridle Path again! my calves didn't get anywhere near as sore this time, and took longer to get sore than last time, ran the Castle Rock MTB track, not sore at all on that this time , then back home

As you can see I didn't get much sleep last night.. Up from 1.30 till 5.30 vomiting (nice). Felt very weak today, so didn't train, will do tomorrow!

Went for a nice run in akaroa just ran on the flat, then through the Garden of Tane for a while, then to the marae, back through the Garden of Tane, up Stanley Park and back home. Got a bit of good hill running in too!

Indoor Cycle 45:00 [4]

I decided to do the cycling class at my gym today cause I wanted to look after my knees. My right knee has had a few short stabbing pains today, but doesn't last long at all, and feels better now. I really felt it in my quads and hamstrings cause I haven't been to an RPM for 7 weeks! Felt great though :)

I finally ran the whole Bridle Path! My calves were screaming at me the whole way up, and it was veeeery slow running, but it was running! :P
I originally intended just to do that, but when I got to the top, i felt so good that i was like "hey, i'll just run the castle rock MTB track too!"
so i did, about halfway my calves hated me again, but it quickly went away.
Knees felt fine, except for one little stabbing pain on the right one, but that lasted like 10 seconds?
Then I just walked down the Bridle Path. I love training! I love that relaxed, tired, happy feeling afterwards :) so yay! Not sure if this is the correct time, but i know it wasn't any longer.

Don't really know how long it was! but it was fun, knees hurt a bit after push ups :( gonna try and go to physio or sportsmed

Just a walk, cause my knees have been sore (and, well, didn't exactly get much sleep last night). My left knee (which has been the most sore) was totally fine, but my right knee hurt a little. Took it slow.
