Well that was a TERRIBLE week for training! I went for a run in lunch time today, I was very slow and it was a lot harder than expected! But I suppose I haven't run in a while. Shins didn't hurt at all!! Yay!
An incredibly hard class! Felt like I was going into cardiac arrest in the last 15 seconds! But I felt sooooo good after that now I want to go for a run!

My first ALMOST real length run! Very exciting! One of the P.E. teachers let me run out of school grounds at lunch :) so that lifted my mood considerably. Quite a slow run, was a bit worried about pushing myself too hard when I'm just building up
