As you would have noticed, quite a slow time. However, I can only get faster. It was really hard, but I'm glad I did it. I'm looking forward to getting fit again, and with only one big exam to go, I can really focus on that, and hopefully find a goal to aim for.
Just a run to and from work (clearly work isn't far away), because I have to build up slowly to protect from the shin splints of doom! It was a lot harder running up my hill than it was back when I was fit! But I ran the whole way anyway
Art is completely over as of yesterday- my physio didn't ring back when I got back from France, so I've made my own professional decision that my hairline fracture is healed, and I am getting back into training
