Strange bench exercise thingy, 2 sets 10 each side
2 sets 15 5kg bicep curls
2 sets 10 3kg tricep sid raises
60sec balance each leg upside down bosu ball
Bosu ball lunges 1 set 10 each side with front foot on, 1 set 10 each side with back foot on
1 set 20 calf raises each side
2 sets 5 squats
2 sets 5 one legged squats each side
