Ran up Bridle Path, up Castle Rock MTB track, Back down Castle Rock MTB track, then down Bridle doing the down two lengths, up one length thing, then ran the long way home. Happy, happy, happy!

Ran up the Bridle Path again today (as I was running to the gym in Ferrymead) and managed to run up 1:30 quicker than yesterday! Then ran down the other side, doing the run down 2 lengths, run up one length thing the whole way down.

Ran from the bottom of the Bridle Path to the gym. This also includes the time of me running to the bus stop after, then the time of me running home in Lyttelton, for good measure!

Also did BodyBalance, the stretching class needed for my stupid leg which I put 53% of my weight on! It was an hour, but not adding this time as it wasn't cardio. Did hurt my wee muscles though!

Ran the Bridle Path, then on the way down, ran down two lengths, up one length, down two lengths, up one length, just to get a bit more sprinting practice. Then ran the long way home and ran the whole way up my hill.

Very pleased with this time!
Before I left for Tahiti it took me 33:50 to do this run, without the running down two lengths then running up one length! Just up down and home! I've knocked off like 7 mins yet I added in extra length!

Only had 7 hours sleep in the last two days, got back from Tahiti yesterday, NEW ZEALAND IS SOOO COLD! My muscles hurt a lot the whole way, but breathing wise it was easy as pie. Could my muscles be hurting due to the cold?? And I had a very sore nose, I always get a sore nose when I exercise in the snow, this is practically snow compared to running in 35degrees!

Very last run in Tahiti :( was a tad tired due to last night, and was only planning to run for an hour but Jonas arrived 20mins later than planned! Was a very nice run though, nice one to finish on in Tahiti.

Was DEAD certain (ooh just realised thats not a very nice thing to say seeing as I run in the graveyard) that today I was only gonna run for 50 mins, cause I was like a zombie at school today and just about fell asleep when i got home. But it always is so much nicer after the first 40mins! And Jonas turned up when I was at about 55mins, so I couldnt stop or I would've felt bad! Not running tomorrow, kinda gonna wait and see about thursday, cause im definitely running friday cause its probably gonna be my last chance before i leave and i want it to be fantastical!

I put this as an intensity 3, cause I felt very fresh and fast today, but Im not really sure, as i had very sore legs before and after. It was raining at first so my support crew didnt turn up till about the last 25mins!

Well ive found out the name of the boy that subtly falls into step with me while running, its Jonas and he ran with me for about the last twenty minutes of my run yesterday. Its strange cause Mihimana said shed see me running along strongly looking fine and hed be just behind me looking tired, but whenever we got to the steps or the really steep parts hed sprint! It was funny though, cause hes a sprinter he struggled to last 20 minutes and kept asking if i was tired. Its nice to have someone to run with!

So i had really sore ankles and legs this morning, and thought id only run for 30mins.... im no good at sticking to deadlines!
and heaps more Tahitian guys turned up to run with me today!

My goodness this was definitely an intensity of 4 today! It was hotter today, i was exhausted, and i had sore legs from yesterday (which i take as a sign that Im training well!!) but i thought, no, ill just run for 40mins. So i got to the ce,etery and ran, and was surprised at how quickly the time flew! I was up to 38mins and thought, ill run to the bottom then to the peak just one more time, i ended up doing it 4 more times (those addictive endorphins) as well as running shorter hill runs in between. One of the locals kept asking me if i was gonna stop yet! Then i ran the steps a few times and finished very happy!
I had another person run with me too, some Tahitian boy i didnt know (silly them and their fast legs, making me push myself incessantly) so that was dandy!

Went for a run in the cemetery (im not morbid, everyone does it here, and its has very good hills!) and was feeling less shy and Lorenzo from school had been running but was resting so i asked if he wanted to run with me.
MY GOODNESS CAN THOSE TAHITIANS RUN UP HILLS!!!!

Oh and it was my first day of school today, PE was awesome, we had it for 2 hours!! first hour was just sorta games in the main gymnasium, then we went to an actual gym and did weights and stuff! So cool!
Hope everyones well and theyre training well!
