Front and side planks, 60 sec each
3 sets 15 lifted knee sit ups
20kg bar bicep curls - 3 sets 10
10 reps skull crush, 20kg
3 sets 10 tricep side raises at 10kg
More stuff that a young Siobhan cannot recall
