Walked from Marahau to Anchorage. Knees felt a bit funny, had shooting pain in left leg. Very sore shoulders. Need a comfier pack

Rather a late run after work, but felt mentally up to it. However, just under a Km into it, my shins started hurting and my right knee was really bad. Last week I had really bad knee issues on Tuesday and I wasn't sure why. So I was quite worried. Literally prayed that it would stop because I DID NOT want to stop this run. It's been very hard to fit any exercise in while working 9 hour days. There's a bit of time before and after work, but you just want to relax and socialise. Anyway, knees warmed up, shins felt better. Might pay a trip to the physio sometime just in case.

Just practicing Zai El Hawa today, trying to get the beginning. I want this dance nailed by the end of the holidays! So complicated! I'm almost a quarter of the way through it. Was a very hot day so didn't run... Bad Siobhan. Hoping for a run tomorrow morning, even if it's a super short run.
