Run time is a total guess 'cause I ran without a watch. Gorgeous night, so unfit but I love getting out and running. Gorgeous, gorgeous feeling to run again. Accidentally ran with the orthotics in because I ran straight after uni. Shins didn't hurt at all, knee felt a wee bit funny earlier in the day but only IT band hurt while running. Left ankle hurt a bit after, which was very odd.
