Finally felt well enough upon waking to go to the gym. Definitely time to increase dumbbell chest press weight. Increased lat pulldown and seated row to 60 for first set, then back to 50 for last 2 to ease into it. Think I noticed the sickness near the end though, bicep curls were a lot harder than usual.
An awesome session. Did 4 sets 40kg for squat today, really need to get the technique better but it felt much better than last time. Almost time to move up for chest press. Realised I really need to roll my shoulders back and down before beginning dumbbell chest press.
