Don't think I had much game time. Quad still iffy and back and arms are unreasonably stiff from hand beating two pavlovas and two sets of cream over thanksgiving weekend!

Medial side of right foot felt oddly stiff at some points. Think I've slightly pulled my left quad (one of the more lateral heads), likely from sprinting. Felt a bit sore when I did my sprint to the end so had to tap it back a bit. Run felt hard but was good to push through

Started to get my second wind! Left achilles felt funny for the first 10 mins, got a wee bit of pain in right foot randomly. Quads still sore from sprints, haha
