3 x 30 second bicep curl w 2x 10pd dumbbells
3 x 30 seconds tricep skullcrusher w 2 x 10pd dumbbels
3 x 30 second shoulder int/ext with 2x 10pd dumbbells + 1/2 pd weighted gloves
3 x 30 second cuban press with 2 x 1/2 pd weighted gloves
3 x 30 seconds oblique side crunch
3 x 10 one legged seated calf raises each side with 30pd plate on knee

Felt like I'd overdone it a bit in the left foot/heel/nerve after. Not really bad, but aggravated

2 sets 30 secs cuban press with 2x 1/2 pd hand weights
2 sets 30 secs pull through sit ups
2 sets 30 secs oblique side crunch

5 x 1 min intervals. Second to last did quite fast. Felt okay in the ankle. Little bit nervy later at home but then after cycling and walking to school it feels pretty good. Back a bit tight. Did my steetches and flossing after run.

1 min, 2 min, 2min, 1 min intervals spaced by 5 mins walking / squats / push ups /tricep dips. Think the 2 mins might have been a bit too much. Ankle felt iffy, but not really bad.
