Felt pretty good today, only noticed slight weird feeling in back left heel/foot/nerve on start of 3rd run

4ish x 12 monsters walks with black theraband
10 quad lean backs
10 barbel hip thrusts (only 20pd barbell)
20 chest press with 2x 5pd DBs (wrists still a bit sore)
10-12 band pulldowns

Then 8 min abs
