Sore pretty much the whole time. Stopped at 15 mins to stretch, felt a wee bit better. Both shins sore on the medial side but left seemed worse. Tried to stretch properly after. Maybe because I've been going up Mont-Royal the last couple of runs? Might do a flat run on Friday. Purposely ran slow
