7 x 1 run 1 walk. Bit of tingly nerve pain during back stretch after. Left underside of foot just feeling a bit tight. Calves tight.

3 x 30 secs 1 legged squats each side
3 30 secs push ups
3 x 30 secs BOR with 30pd bar
3 x 30 seconds band horizontal pull up
3 x 30 second bridge
3 x 30 sec sit up
3 x 30 sec back extension
3 x 30 second bicep curl w 2x 10pd dumbbells
3 x 30 seconds tricep skullcrusher w 2 x 10pd dumbbels
3 x 30 second shoulder int/ext with 2x 10pd dumbbells + 1/2 pd weighted gloves
3 x 30 second cuban press with 2 x 1/2 pd weighted gloves
3 x 30 seconds oblique side crunch
3 x 10 one legged seated calf raises each side with 30pd plate on knee

Felt like I'd overdone it a bit in the left foot/heel/nerve after. Not really bad, but aggravated
