Had a bit of trouble with stitch today. Calves (I think particularly the left) were just iffy enough that I called it a day after 6 intervals instead of 7. Not sure if I'll try 6 again or 5 on Wednesday.

Note

Ankles were really sore after dance last night. Need to take it easy on the lower body today. Think the bike is really not helping because it's too tall, so hurting my back and nerve because I always have to be on tippy toes
