Weight Training 30:00 [3]

Teaching and recording first workout for the challenge. Knee felt all good, a little funny with first few reps of lunges but that was it. I bumped it a couple of times this day and THAT was actually what seemed to really upset the nerve. Low back a bit sore from doing nothing recently

Teaching beginners, even egyptian shimmy felt pretty okay for knee. Was sure to floss after teaching

R knee still feels a bit unhappy going up and down stairs today. Think it was mainly the jogging, but think the walking didn't help. Think I would be fine to cycle but I'm also nervous so might just do some stationary bike today.

All felt good, and relatively fast!

Run/walk 12:00 [3] 1.46 km (8:13 / km)

Immediately felt the femoral nerve with jogging, but moving with client so kept it easy. Would cease immediately with walking. Knee feels happy with everything else, just jumping still seems a bit off limits. Wasn't too bad, just nervy in a way that I would stop if I were by myself, and only in R knee.

cycling 33:53 [3] 11.01 km (3:05 / km) +17m 3:03 / km

Could feel the right knee maybe the tiniest bit after the walk/run, but think it's all okay. Did feel a bit tired, I think also feeling yesterday's workout in the quads a bit (notice it when I stretch the quads)

Walking 25:55 [2] 2.18 km (11:53 / km)

Right knee a tiny bit iffy after first 600m then right again at end. Overall good. Think it may need some rest

Tried for about 3 mins and then knee felt nervy and funny. Think the silly jog today was just too much, perhaps the walk too. I noticed the knee felt a bit funny when I was walking down the wee hill later when leaving the Delft station. I think cycling is go, strength training is go, dancing is go, but less walking and nooooooo jogging or jumping just yet

I was super nervous that after a few weeks of a break, I'd be rubbish! But it wasn't so bad. Knees felt great, body felt great, I felt happy. Feeling grateful for just some bumps and bruises rather than any damage to my body long term

Really feel I'm almost fully back to normal. Sometimes kneeling I feel the bruise, jumping still doesn't feel quite right, but I'm on the mend. Back on the bike tomorrow. Will stick with bodyweight training only for another week or so methinks
