Didn't wanna get on the bike, but within minutes I was stoked to be out there. A super nice ride, enjoyed it and felt speedy

This was a totally different kettle of fish. There was at least 1-2km of the most intense headwind of my life and my legs were burning and I was breathing so heavily for the last 1/2 of the ride. Arrived home dripping in sweat. Knee played up a bit, interestingly, in the headwind. Nothing that made me want to stop or worried that I was hurting it, but I could feel it after, but this time in a different way; more kind of medially and laterally (but stil globally). Not concerned, again, muscles are tired this week and I think that's it mainly

Decided to measure just how far I walk when I'm with clients... Damn. This was with 2 clients in a row. Didn't take the bike today (but in the end think I should have but also am not annoyed I didn't, because my body does feel real tired today, so, hm, yes. Knees feel tired - not sore, but it's that the quads are tired and so I feel more aware of the knees. No pain).

First 7 mins of Amanda's W4 shaabi basics in between consultations. Felt good, was aware of left knee but no pain, and a nice way to start the morning
